    Abstract:

Objective:To observe the curative effects of compound glycyrrhizin combined with ligustrazine on patients with alcoholic liver disease. Methods:160 cases of alcoholic liver disease were randomly divided into four groups:control group, compound glycyrrhizin group, ligustrazine group and combined treatment group. The parameters of hepatic function and fibrosis were observed four weeks after treatment. Results:The parameters of hepatic function were improved after treatment and fibrosis,TGFβ1,IL-6,Leptin,TNF-α after treatment in four groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05). The parameters of hepatic function,fibrosis,TGFβ1,IL-6,Leptin and TNF-α after treatment among control group, compound glycyrrhizin group and ligustrazine group had no significance(P > 0.05). Compared with control group, compound glycyrrhizin group and ligustrazine group, the parameters of hepatic function,fibrosis,TGFβ1,IL-6,Leptin,TNF-α of combined treatment group after treatment were obviously improved(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Compound glycyrrhizin combined with ligustrazine are effective for the treatment of alcoholic liver disease.
