    Abstract:

Objective:To study clinical protectional effects of neuron-specific enolase(NSE) using Ulinastatin on the brain of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage during perioperative. Methods:Forty patients with operation suffering hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in 7 days were divided into two groups:group A(n=20) with Ulinastatin and group B(n=20) as control. ICP was monitored, and NSE plasma levels and the scores of GCS were measured before and after operation. Results:NSE plasma levels in group A were significantly lower than that in group B,and the scores of GCS in group A were significantly higher than that in group B. Conclution:Ulinastatin had clinical protective effects on the brain of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage during perioperative.
