    Abstract:

Objective:To study the toxicokinetics of LHCPT in Beagle dogs by intravenous infusion, and discuss the accumulative effects of LHCPT in blood. Methods:HPLC with fluorescence detection was used to analyze drug concentration in whole blood. Results:Cmax and AUC were increased in a dose-dependent manner both after 1st day and 30th day;and there was no statistical significance in t1/2 of different doses (P > 0.05). Compared with single administration with repetition, there were no obvious changes of AUC,Cmax and t1/2 of the same dose(P > 0.05). Conclusion:LHCPT has no significantly accumulative effects after successive intravenous administration.
