Abstract:Objective:To compare the value of diffused optical tomography(DOT)and color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in the differential diagnosis of breast occupied lesions. Methods:Seventy-nine patients with eighty-five breast lesions were examined by DOT and CDFI. Using surgical pathology as the diagnostic standard, the accuracy of DOT and CDFI were compared in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses. Results:The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of DOT were 92.1%,87.2% and 89.4%,respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CDFI were 73.6%,76.6% and 75.3%,respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of pulsed wave doppler u1trasonography(PW)according to blood flow resistance index(RI)were 57.9%,85.1% and 72.9% respectively. Combined with PW,the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CDFI were 55.2%,89.4% and 71.7%,respectively. Conclusion:The accuracy of DOT is higher than that of CDFI, thus it’s a new technique worthy of popularizing.
