Objective:To breed and identify of alkaline sphingomyelinase(Alkaline sphingomyelinase,alk-SMase)knockout mice. Methods:DNA was extracted from the mice tissue. PCR method was used for genotype identification. HE staining was used for morphology identification. Results:The gene kwockout mice has been successfully feed and breeded,and the generated alk-SMase knockout (KO) mice were gotten. Conclusion:The correct way to feed,breed and gene identification for gene knockout mice has important significance for obtainmont and transgenic mice preservation.
