Objective:This study aims to investigate the expression of C -C motif chemokine receptor 1(CCR1)protein in human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its correlation with clinicopathological factors and prognosis. Methods:Immunohistochemistry (three - step method)was used to detect the expression of CCR1 protein in tissue microarray constructed by 288 cases of HCC. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression models were performed on follow-up data. Results:The expression of CCR1 in HCC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues. The tumor-free survival and overall survival of CCR1 positive expression group were significantly lower than those of CCR1 negative expression group. Multivariate Cox regression models showed that positive expression of CCR1 was an independent risk factor for tumor-free survival and overall survival after surgery. Conclusion:Detection of CCR1 expression in HCC is helpful for the prediction of postoperative recurrence
