Polygenic risk score predicts cancer risk by integrating the effects of multiple susceptibility loci，which has potential application in the screening of high-risk population. In recent years，the construction method and application of polygenic risk score have been further improved and expanded. This paper reviews the most up-to-date advances in the application of polygenic risk score to the risk prediction of cancer，and summarizes the prospects and challenges.
