    Abstract:

In recent years,C1q/tumor tumor necroscs factor-related protein(CTRP) plays an important role in the pathophysiology of various cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis, ischemic cardiomyopathy and hypertension. CTRP family members including CTRP1,CTRP3,CTRP5,CTRP9,CTRP12 and CTRP13 can affect the development of coronary artery disease(CAD)by regulating immune inflammation, glucose and lipid metabolism, and endothelial function.
