CircRNAs are one class of especial non-coding RNAs which are associated with numerous cellular process and involved in the development of many diseases. Recent studies indicate that circRNAs play important roles in innate immunity and are related to chronic inflammatory disease. Asthma is a chronic airway inflammation and its pathogenesis is unclear. This review summarizes the relationship between circRNAs and asthma.
