This article expounded the conception and characteristics of sudden public health emergencies, and analyzed the social mentality such as hypochondriasis, panic, anxiety, blahs, compulsion, then put forward establishing the social psychological support system including the constitution of risk communication,exertion of main medium function, establishment of specialized emergency disposal system, improvement of cogitative model, and enhancement of interpersonal interaction.
