This article, starting with the relationship between the tacit knowledge and innovative ability, made effort to explore the importance of tacit knowledge as well as its realization in the cultivation of innovative ability in medical talents, and presented the recommendations to promote the tutoring system, establish innovation-oriented study group and enforce practical teaching.
