Nowadays, after the medical behaviors, patients often claim damages based on their invalid consents. Thereby, during the medical behaviors, doctors should respect patients’ self-鄄determination rights and enhance the communication with patients. On the other hand, doctors should adhere to the regulations and rules to protect themselves.
