By elaborating the concept of innovation as well as the promotion of innovational talented personnel, this study was designed to put forward the main problems occurring during the innovational clinical personnel training and meanwhile it also advocates to train innovational clinical personnel by transforming the past educational notions, consolidating the consciously-applied innovational teaching methods, boosting up the discipline of innovational thoughts, and exerting great strength on the molding of innovational personality among medical students.
