The thesis starts from two concepts: what is medical ethical idea and what is human-based medical services, then it discusses how to stick up for the rights and interests and to protect the sensibility of the patients which embody the medical ethical idea in human-based medical services. Finally combing with the clinical practice of medical ethical idea, we appeal hospitals to pay more attention to the medical ethics, and accelerate the progress of human-based medical services.
