Although facing challenge, teaching Chinese as a foreign language in medical university to oversea students still has much necessity. The relationship between general language acquisition, dealing with the examination and medical Chinese training should be correctly handled. The lingual character of Chinese should be gradually transferred to the students’ configuration of cognition with special teaching methods in several field of listening, speaking, reading and writing these.
