The medical disputes is gradually increasing and becoming the hotspot problem in whole society, also the perplexity of the hospital management. The develpment of medical disputes contained many reasons. This article analyzed the hospital, the patients and the society and came to conclusions about how to prevent the medical disputes and to construct the harmony doctor-patient relationship.
