    Abstract:

    Personnel agent system is a significant part of the reform of personnel management of colleges and universities. Based on the content of personnel agent system and the practical meaning of its implementing, together with nearly four years’ practice of implementing it in Nanjing medical university, this thesis explored the existed problems in its implementation, aimed at the accomplishment of the personnel agent system.
