The affiliated hospital was university’s important constituent, university’s personnel training could’t leave the affiliated hospital, the affiliated hospital construction development also couldn’t leave the support of the university. Therefore the author considered that in the cultural construction the affiliated hospital culture became the important content of the university culture , the university culture affected the affiliated hospital culture all the time, which enabled the affiliated hospital cultural construction to have deeper connotation, broader platform and stronger vitality. The influence was realized through many kinds of ways,such as the higher medicine education, the discipline construction, the medicine personnel training, medicine own rule, the scientific research and the teaching and so on. In the new time, the affiliated hospital cultural construction only absorbsed the university culture unceasingly in the construction process could enable the hospital cultural construction to have the connotation.
