    Abstract:

    High-level medical talent evaluation was an important issue in bringing up high-level talents in medical university. This article investigated the goals and principles for establishing the mechanism of high-level talent evaluation in medical university and brought several new insights for the design of evaluating criteria, the regeneration of methodology, and the design of procedures as well as supplementary systems, on purpose to provide useful references for bringing up high-level talents in medical university.
