    Abstract:

    Cultivating the graduate student’s creative activity was the key in graduate education, which also was the evaluation standard for the quality of graduate education. Among many impact factors, the role of supervisors was crucial. Supervisors’ characters, such as outstanding academic background, excellent morality, rigorous scientific attitude, realistic science spirit, and the abilities to catch the development trend of research, had the direct influence on the cultivation of the graduate student’s creative activity. The article analyzed the effects of the supervisor factors such as their own quality, the academic level, the scientific attitude and their personalities on the cultivation of the graduate students’ creative activity.
