Development of tutorial system in the undergraduates was the necessary trend of higher education. This article narrated the means and the effect of tutorial system of authors’ school and analyzed the function of tutor system in the college education, then discussed with emphases on the main problem of the practice of the system in the university and some assumptions of consummating the tutorial system .
