For the sake of adapting to the situation of medical education and reform, and ulteriorly promoting the clinical practice ability of medical students, the authors established a kind of practice teaching and examination system of medical students, which based on a standardized model for surgery(SMS) developed by themselves. After 10 years of theory and practive, the authors also had gradually set up the course of surgery＇s clinical ability experiment including SMS, standardized patient(SP) and computer based on clinical simulation(CCS) to advance the ability of clinical technique and thought of students. The article explored a new way of solving low capability problem of students and promoting the clinical practice ability of students of clinical medicine.
