The no-fault liability in the compensation for medical injury may cause various doctor’s dominating treatments and defensive treatments and general rise of medical expenses as well as the decline of doctor’s attention. So the author considered that the current system could provide considerable protection for the patients and the no-fault liability was noneffective in our legislation.
