According to the theory of teaching and the actual situation in the clinical teaching hospital, a set of application evaluation system of hospital clinical trainee quality control was established. The system was based on the mathematical model using the tree theory of graph theory. It used Delphi technique to the multi-factor screening, including the various indicators for teaching evaluation of clinical teaching hospitals and the same to describe and calculate the relationship between the factors, in order to make the computation to be simple and can obtain more complete and rational evaluation results.
