With the rapid development of graduate education in our country some new situations and problems arised in its management. Based on the reality of the present management of graduate education, guided by the scientific outlook on development, following the basic idea of unity of oppositeness and harmonious development, the article came up with five concepts including popularized training of elites under mass higher education, innovation of tradition in the modern context, brands-鄄building in the global trend, interactive and win-鄄win situation in the socialized tendency and management of crisis in the marginalized conflicts. The new concepts were expected to make an instructive grope for the management of the present graduate education.
