Comparison of knowledge, attitute and practice for the selective courses between the students majored in medicine and engineer

    Abstract:

    Objective: To learn the characteristics of the knowledge, attitute and practice(KAP)for the selective courses between the students majored in medicine and engineer. Methods: A questionairre was used to investigate the KAP for the selective courses. Results: All the students thought the selective courses were very important.Most of students considered them helpful to open their minds, train their quality, increase the living significance, supply the knowledge of the subjects. And most of them went for lessons. They were interested in the lessons and suggested the examination opened. More students in engineering college suggested advanced subjects and less lesson, while the students in medical college took more notes. Conclusion: The inspirations for medical and new knowledge were more to the students of engineering college and they excepted less lesson, while the students in medical college were familiar to the mode of listening lessons and taking notes.
