The administration for food safety was an important measurement of the insurance of safe food. But the administration degree of food safety nowadays was not so strong, therefore the article suggested that the administration of food safety should be strengthened in the management of the original food material, the quick response for the food safety emergency, the further enforcement of the law, the research for the preventions with adequate money, more rewards for the report on food safety, more international exchanges in food safety, the improvement of the administration pattern, more controls of the environmental pollutions and the guidance for food production and process with adequate policy.
