Establishing and perfecting the new pattern rural cooperative medical system not only was one of the important tasks on new rural construction of socialism in China, but also was the essence of the construction on harmonious society of socialism. This article had analyzed and discussed the necessity and feasibility on new pattern rural cooperative medical system, and proposed the path choice of legislation on new pattern rural cooperative medical system, which should be a multiple-echelon, several kinds and united legal institntion.
