With the continuous expansion of the college instructional scales and the serious diversification of university graduates employment, the number of floating Party members in university graduates was increasing year by year. The establishment of a long-term education and management mechanism for floating Party members in university graduates was of great significance. Based on the analysis of the present situation, some countermeasures were put forward in order to strengthen the education and management of floating Party members in university graduates.
