The significance of modern hospice care originated in Europe, and the idea of caring had a long history in the eastern and western countries. Because of the influence of the traditional cultures and moral principles, hospice care in China sank into an ethical dilemma during the localization. This article started from the origin, development and connotation of hospice care, then analyzed the ethical dilemma of the localization on hospice care and put forward an idea about construction of the localization on hospice care from the macroscopic and microscopic level to solve the ethical dilemma and promote the localization on hospice care.
