China higher medical education was drawing on international standards to set up own Chinese undergraduate medical education standards and Chinese undergraduate medical education certification approach, and carring on the reform of the personnel training model to integrate the international medical education. The paper advanced the realzation of the reform of personnel training mode should be comprehensive of reforms from curriculum, teaching methods and practical aspect to enhance the students’ practical abilities and creative spirits.
