This article first reviewed the current situation and existing problems of translation of Traditional Chinese Medical terms. In the light of the lack of standardization in translation of TCM terms, the author analyzed the components of Yanfu’s translation theory “faithfulness, expressiveness, elegance” and the feasibility of this theory in the practice.
