    Abstract:

    For the discipline construction needs,according to the head,facial,chest,abdomen,pelvis,musculoskeletal system, the teachers were divided into six learning groups,which headed by a tutor. Each group was from high,medium and low years of radiologist and was responsible for different parts of the system of research and teaching. The interns were divided into six groups,each group of 2~4 students. Each tutor was responsible for a team,not only to guide their learning,but also their thinking and life in period. The implementation of tutorial system should be “individualized” education. So that interns could acquire more professional knowledge and the latest academic medical imaging developments, learn the attitude of rigorous scholarship,a good ideological and moral from the excellent teachers. The tutorial system management mode of the medical imaging students in internship period should be a kind of humanized management mode so that the medical imaging students could achieve better internship results.
