Objective:To understand and improve the quality of reconstruction personnel’s life,and provide a theoretical basis. Methods:112 staff of Jiangsu and 100 local residents were investigated into questionnaine of quality of life with the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Short(WHOQOL-BREF)from Feb to May in 2009. Results:The scores of aidworkers were higher then the local residents in the field of social relations and envioronment (P < 0.01)and lower in the subjective feelings of their own health status(P < 0.01) Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen the protection of the reconstruction personnel’s health condition.
