From the perspective of an ethic of care, the article explored the motivation and purpose of female volunteers,the moral conflict and choice they encountered in services,and the difficulties,insistence,effects and changes of themselves by means of empirical analysis. There were many social and cultural factors affecting the female volunteers in the process of their voluntary activities. As a kind of civic virtues ethic of care deserved more attention and further research.
