    Abstract:

    Objective:To investigate the influence of group psychological training on college student’s growth and development in order to improve the mental quality of medical talents. Methods:239 college students were randomly divided into 2 groups:the experimental group was given group psychological training education,and the control group was not. Social skill self-test scale,social adaptability self-test scale,self-rating respect scale,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) were used. Results:The scores of experimental group in depression,anxiety,social skill and five categories of self respect were lower than those of control group(all P < 0.05),and the scores in social adaptability were higher(P < 0.01). Conclusion:Group psychological training education can help improve college students’ social skills,social adaptability and self-confidence. It has many positive effects on college students’ psychology.
