The level of medical students’ employment ability is related to their successful employment and individual career development. In the stage of higher education popularization,how to develop the medical students’ employment ability is of great significance to improve the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities,promote the development of medical and health undertakings of our country. The article explored the training mode positively through the analysis of the current status of medical students’ employment ability.
