As one of the four commonly used clinical punctures,bone marrow aspiration is an important puncture in diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of diseases. However,the operators need quite long time to learn theories,technical skills under traditional training procedure. The authors created five word tips for bone marrow aspiration,named as clean,exact,perfect,straight and fast. Under the guidance of evidence-based teaching,five word tips for bone marrow aspiration was applied to obtain excellent results in large-scale short-term training for interns.
