The implementation of Tort Liability Law of the PRC may alleviate the current intense doctor-patient relationship. The article elaborated medical malpractice liability,onus probandi and product liability of blood transfusion,put forward some opinions in the application of relevant clauses of Tort Liability Law,and made some rational analysis of different understanding of relevant clauses.
