Combination of the Electronic Signature Law of the PRC,the Basic Norms of Electronic Medical Records (Trial) and other laws and regulations,the authors systematically expounded three legal issues of electronic medical record:the legality,the evidence of qualifications,characteristics of evidence of electronic medical records,and then preliminarily discussed the agreed use of electronic medical record,electronic signature,patient privacy,and the traceability of electronic medical record.
