    Abstract:

    Fiedler’s contingency theory of western and thinking of “changes his mind” of Chinese Confucian traditional culture provide us a solid theoretical basis and introduce a clear way for social activities of management. From the perspective of contingency thinking, the article explored the paths of improving a leadership capacity including theoretical thinking, optimum selection for talent, and strengthening the learning ability.
