Based on Marxist theory on people’s overall development,the career guidance and ideological and political education in college can be an organic combination. The intrinsic correlation among the educational philosophy,educational content and service objectives is the foundation of combination. In order to achieve the combination,the authors gave some suggestions including strengthening the curriculum construction through the career guidance,optimizing the structure of the quality of teachers and actualizing educational practice.
