In the article,a questionnaire on major problems faced by clinical undergraduate students during their employment was undertaken to analyze the potential reasons and to put forward certain corresponding countermeasures. Besides,the guidance upon graduate employment was suggested to be further strengthened so as to achieve the optimal position of clinical undergraduates.
