    Abstract:

    Objective:To investigate and analyze the human resources of Shuyang township hospitals,discuss the responsibility and measures of the government in improving,cultivating and importing human resources. Methods:The questionnaire was used to integrate the total amount,education and professional title of human resources. Results:The basic situation of Shuyang township hospitals showed that the amount of the human resources was inadequate and the quality was also unsatisfied after reform. Conclusion:There was less effective improvement in situation of human resources of Shuyang township hospitals after reform. Government and relevant departments should design a health human resources planning of township hospitals,construct a platform of developing talents,improve the existing health personnel in township hospitals,and urge the township hospitals to formulate a good program of orientation and training health workforce.
