The sustainable development of postgraduate education of clinical medicine is the integral part of social sustainable development strategy,the premise and guarantee condition for the realization of social sustainable development, and the inevitable choice of the reform and development of postgraduate education. The difficulties and challenges in the sustainable development of postgraduate education for clinical medical specialty degree were analyzed and the related advices were proposed in the present research.
