The first local administrative regulation in China,Interim Procedures for Ningbo’s Medical Dispute Prevention and Settlement,was formally implemented on March 1,2008. The article analyzed the features of the innovative mechanism for handling medical dispute claims,explored the practical value of medical dispute claims processing system,and put forward the corresponding measures of improvement.
