As one of our government point work in 2010,the reformation of medicine and health system has received extensively attention from our community and how to establish medicine and health system which is suitable to our national conditions has become one of hot society issues. Based on the target of reformation of medicine and health system,the status of public hospital and private hospital in quantity,resource allocation and so on,the article indicated that the problem of difficulty and high cost of getting medical service was not resolved although the investment in health care was enhanced by government in recent years. Under the background mentioned above,the authors advised that “one hospital,two systems” should be implemented as the reform model to solve the contractions between non-profit insufficiency of public hospital and inadequate funding of government.
