In order to improve the providing of maternal and child health (MCH) services fair and equal,health bureau of Lianyungang city designed and developed the MCH management system combining with the work of the actual demand of MCH,which are made up of the function of business,management,service and scientific research. They achieved the expected effect through half-year practice of citywide application. The article mainly introduced the management system of research background,design ideas and innovations.
