Staff’s basic medical insurance(SBMI)has made remarkable achievements as so far,but it also has some problems. Based on data from Shuyang county Jiangsu province,the major objective of the article is to research the general evaluation of the institution from population sociology indicators and satisfactory degree on the local policy and designated medical institution. The multiple regression analysis was used to find the relevant influencing factors. The result showed that the general satisfactory degree on SBMI of the participant was 3.7,and the following factors could deeply influence the satisfactory degree. They were the pay scale of the medicine and clinics project,the pay policies of participant,the range of medicines in medicine catalogue,the medical treatment charge of individual responsibility in the hospital,convenience of the procedure in hospital and so on.
