    Abstract:

    University lecture is an important content of science and culture construction for the campus and also an important support of humanity and science education for the students. However, in process of arranging lectures, there are obvious deficiencies in the lecture schedule, guidance, brand and characteristic, which hinder the function of university lectures. In view of existing situation, it is significant to innovate the construction of university lecture and promote the function of lecture in campus science and culture development in order to achieve higher education talent cultivation.
